1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using RADD ERP, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your business.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity by users you invite to your organisation.
3. Plans and payments
RADD ERP offers Free, Growth (₹1,499/month or ₹14,990/year) and Enterprise (₹3,999/month or ₹39,990/year) plans. Fees are payable in advance, exclusive of applicable taxes, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits apply as described on our pricing page.
4. Referral program
Eligible new businesses joining through a referral may receive 3 months of the Growth plan free. We may change or withdraw the offer and cancel rewards obtained through misuse.
5. Your data and responsibilities
You own the business data you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices, GST calculations, filings and compliance with applicable laws. RADD ERP is a tool and not tax or legal advice.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful activity.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and request export or deletion of your data.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in India having jurisdiction.
